Winery Events:

Ice House Gypsies
and
“Italian Princess Danita Debord”
What more could you ask for?
Danita is the real thing! She will be in our
kitchen Friday teaching us how to make her fabulous sauces,
gnocchi and lasagna. Enjoy this great meal including appetizer,
salad, entrée and dessert and listen to the music of The Ice
House Gypsies for
$30.00 per person - $50.00 per couple.
The
'Ice House
Gypsies' consist of Stroud natives Bruce Knoch and Wendell Peek
with Rick Reiley a 'foreigner' from Cushing thrown in on the
side. Knoch and Peek have performed all over Oklahoma in many
forms for the past thirty years
from gospel, to folk, to blues, to folk rock, to rock and roll
and back again. Reiley has written a weekly column for the 'Show
and Tell Times' since 1976 and has been singing, playing guitar
and writing songs all of his adult life. All three sing and play
acoustic guitars, with Knoch
adding percussion and Peek eliciting his own brand of magic at
times on the electric guitar.
Danita Debord is Italian through and through and
learned the art of true Italian cooking from her mother. We’re
lucky she landed in Lincoln County. You’re gonna love her big
laugh and great Italian cooking.
